Operations Executive

Experience Required : 1-3 years in operations, logistics, e-commerce, supply chain or a similar role

Job Description

• Follow up with vendors every day on order status, and escalate delays
• Keep a shipment tracker up to date: PO, stage, expected date, delays
• Track Amazon FBA and offline store shipments, and flag deadlines early
• Alert the team when stock is approaching reorder levels
• Check reported dispatch and delivery numbers against Shiprocket and marketplace dashboards, and flag mismatches
• Send short, clear daily updates, reporting only what needs attention

What we’re looking for

• Strong in Google Sheets or Excel (filters, formulas, basic tracking sheets)
• Clear written English and Hindi, especially WhatsApp and email
• Reliable follow-through: does what they said they’d do, without being reminded
• Comfortable at a desk, with a lot of calls and follow-ups

Good to have

• Experience with freight forwarders, couriers or customs paperwork
• Experience with Shiprocket, Amazon Seller Central or Flipkart Seller Hub
• Background in D2C, e-commerce or quick commerce operations
