Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Catering Operations Manager to oversee daily catering operations, manage staff, ensure food quality, and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily catering operations and event execution.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, service teams, and vendors.
  • Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Manage inventory, food costs, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with clients and handle event requirements.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Hotel Management or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in catering, hospitality, or food service operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
