Job Description

  • Work with different functions and teams within the organization.
  • Process assigned enrollment-related activities accurately and within defined timelines.
  • Update and maintain process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Assist supervisors with reports and other operational activities.
  • Follow defined guidelines while making process-related decisions.
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively and perform well under pressure.
  • Achieve individual SLA, productivity, and quality targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and onshore partners when required.
