Junior Hr Executive

📢 We’re Hiring | Jr. HR Executive / HR Intern – Talent Acquisition & HR Operations

📍 Location: Sector 45, Gurugram

Eligibility:Experienced Candidates: Minimum 6 months of relevant HR experience.

Freshers: Full-time internship opportunity, with a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance upon successful completion of the internship.

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR team across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Employee Relations. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in recruitment as well as core HR processes in a fast-paced retail business.

What You’ll Do:🔹

Talent AcquisitionSource, call, screen, and shortlist candidates for retail and operational roles.

Source and hire talent across Grest’s refurbished electronics business, including mobile technicians, retail store staff, store managers, buyback executives, and other retail and operations roles.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers/ Stake holders.Maintain recruitment trackers and follow up with candidates to ensure timely closures.

🔹 HR OperationsAssist with employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.

Support exit formalities, resignation documentation, and Full amp; Final coordination.

Assist in handling employee queries and grievances.Maintain employee records, HR trackers, and other HR documentation.

Support day-to-day HR activities and process improvements.

What We’re Looking For: Minimum 6 months of experience in HR, preferably in Talent Acquisition and/or HR Operations.Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.

Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

Comfortable with high-volume calling and recruitment targets.Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.A proactive, organised, and quick-learning individual who takes ownership of assigned tasks.
