Job Description

Old Forests Ayurved Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an HR Recruiter who can handle end-to-end recruitment for our sales, customer support, doctor coordination, and back-office teams.

Responsibilities

  • Job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia etc.) par hiring campaigns chalana.
  • Daily candidate sourcing aur screening karna.
  • Telephonic interviews conduct karna.
  • Shortlisted candidates ke interviews schedule karna.
  • Joining process aur documentation manage karna.
  • Daily recruitment reports maintain karna.
  • Candidate database aur follow-ups manage karna.
  • Employee onboarding aur induction process coordinate karna.
  • Hiring targets achieve karna.
