Job Description

We are looking for an HR Manager to join our team at Ujala Build LLP in Gurugram.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing).
- Managing employee onboarding, documentation, and orientation.
- Handling day-to-day HR operations and employee relations.
- Managing attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Ensuring company policies are followed effectively.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in recruitment and generalist HR activities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
