About Us

Kosmic Kingdom is a fast-growing soft play and family entertainment center (FEC) brand under K Square Entertainment, with outlets across Gurugram. We're scaling toward multiple large-format centers and are looking for someone who can own the F&B side of the guest experience.

Role Overview

We're looking for a dynamic, experienced F&B Manager with strong food knowledge to run day-today food & beverage operations at our DLF Phase 2 outlet — from kitchen efficiency and menu execution to guest satisfaction, event management, and cost control.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to grow with an expanding brand. Key Responsibilities Manage daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth service during peak footfall (birthday parties, weekends, events) Oversee kitchen staff, service staff, and vendor coordination Maintain quality, hygiene, and FSSAI compliance standards Control food cost, wastage, and inventory Drive menu execution and support new menu/product rollouts Handle guest feedback and ensure high satisfaction scores Plan and manage F&B for birthday parties and events end-to-end, including packages and upselling Report on daily sales, costs, and stock to management

What We're Looking For 15+ years of total experience in F&B operations, including at least 5 years in a managerial role Dynamic, hands-on personality with strong food knowledge Proven ability to plan and manage events end-toend Strong people management and vendor negotiation skills Good proficiency in Excel and Petpooja Working knowledge of inventory management and cost control Comfortable working weekends/peak hours (FEC business runs busiest then)
