Restaurant Manager for Waffle De Paris, Baani square Gurgaon

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR). The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, maintain high food quality standards, manage staff performance, and drive sales while ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and shift activities.
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
• Manage inventory, stock ordering, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Track sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.
• Prepare staff schedules and monitor productivity.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in QSR, restaurant, or food service management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges.
• Proficiency in basic reporting and inventory management.
