Field Sales Executive

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new B2B, industrial, and enterprise sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and industrial clients.
• Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Develop sales pipelines through cold calling, referrals, networking, market visits, and lead generation.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and other commercial requirements.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, orders, and payments to ensure business closure.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Responsible for end-to-end ownership of their sales targets and is accountable for achieving and exceeding them.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B / industrial / enterprise field sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Comfortable with frequent travel and face-to-face client meetings.
• Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
• Strong target orientation and business-development mindset.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and sales reporting tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile: Candidates with experience selling to manufacturing companies, factories, corporates, SMEs, institutions, contractors, distributors, or large enterprises will be preferred.
