Field Desktop Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware issues on desktops, laptops, and related devices.
2. Perform installation, configuration, and testing of hardware components (RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, power supply, etc.).
3. Replace faulty parts and ensure proper functioning of systems.
4. Install and configure operating systems and required software (basic level).
5. Setup and troubleshoot peripheral devices (printers, scanners, monitors, keyboards, etc.).
6. Handle cabling, connectivity, and hardware-related network issues.
7. Maintain asset records, repair logs, and service documentation.
8. Support end-users through onsite visits or remote assistance as required.
9. Ensure all installations and repairs meet company safety and quality guidelines.
