Job Description
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and network devices.
- Perform VLAN, trunking, routing, and switching configurations.
- Configure and troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and VPN services.
- Implement and maintain routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP.
- Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues.
- Perform network device upgrades, backups, and configuration changes.
- Implement network security policies and access controls.
- Maintain network diagrams, configuration documents, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with system, security, and application teams for network-related issues.
- Participate in network deployments, migrations, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Follow change-management, incident-management, and security procedures.
