Job RoleHiring for International BFSI / Fintech processes involving Voice + Chat / Chat Support.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through Voice and Chat.
• Manage 2+ concurrent chats efficiently for chat roles.
• Assist customers with financial products and services.
• Candidates with Taxation / Tax Documents experience will be preferred for blended roles.
• Maintain customer satisfaction, quality and productivity targets.
• Handle queries accurately while maintaining attention to detail and compliance.
• EligibilityGraduate / Undergraduate can apply.
• Minimum 6 months BFSI experience mandatory.
• Taxation / Tax Documentation experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication – verbal & written.
• 35–40+ WPM typing speed.
• Strong comprehension, multitasking and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable with rotational/night shifts.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

💰 SalaryUp to ₹35,000 CTC depending on experience/process.
