Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Shift: Rotational shifts

Week Off: Rotational week off

• Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries through calls, emails, chat, or other support channels.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during every interaction.
• Follow defined SOPs, processes, and quality standards.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team whenever required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Meet assigned quality, productivity, AHT, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Maintain a positive customer experience throughout the interaction.
• Requirements: Good communication skills are mandatory.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Comfortable with a rotational week-off.
• Fresher and experienced candidates can be considered, depending on the process.
