We are looking for a qualified and experienced Audit Manager to lead statutory, internal, and tax audits. The role involves managing audit teams, reviewing work, client handling, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, standards, and timelines. The candidate will also contribute to process improvements, training, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end statutory, internal, and tax audit engagements for corporate and non-corporate clients.
• Plan audits, allocate work, and guide junior staff.
• Review audit work papers, draft reports, and ensure compliance with auditing and accounting standards.
• Communicate and coordinate with clients regarding audit findings and deliverables.
• Ensure completion of assignments within timelines and budgets.
• Handle concurrent audits, special assignments, and certification work as needed.
• Assist in regulatory reporting and liaise with tax and regulatory authorities when required.
• Keep abreast of recent developments in accounting, auditing, and taxation.

Desired Skills and Competencies:

• Sound knowledge of IND AS, Companies Act, Income Tax, and GST provisions.
• Strong technical skills in audit, accounting standards, and tax compliance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership capabilities with the ability to manage teams and multiple assignments.
• Proficient in MS Office, Tally, and other accounting/audit software (e.g., CaseWare, Winman, etc.).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage client expectations effectively.
