Yashodi is building a trusted, professional family-care ecosystem in India. We’re looking for someone with

sharp judgment, the ability to ask the right questions and the drive to turn a high volume of applications

into a dependable pool of excellent caregivers.

Your focus: filter, screen and onboard.

You will own the journey from incoming application to an onboarding-ready caregiver across nannies,

babysitters and nurses. The work is hands-on: calls, video interviews, thoughtful decisions and persistent

follow-through. You’ll also have the freedom to find better ways to bring excellent caregivers into Yashodi.

What you will own

• High-volume screening. Review incoming applications for Delhi-NCR placements and quickly identify

candidates who meet our requirements. Be decisive about fit without overlooking potential.

• Rigorous evaluation. Run structured phone and video interviews to assess relevant experience,

communication, reliability, motivation and understanding of childcare. Probe inconsistencies and

document evidence behind your decisions.

• Supply pipeline management. Keep selected caregivers moving through documentation, verification

and onboarding. Set clear expectations on responsibilities, availability, live-in readiness and

compensation. Close follow-ups and handle rejections respectfully.

• Process evolution. Work directly with the founders to improve interview questions, selection criteria and

workflows. Spot recurring bottlenecks and help build a process that can scale.

and make a selection decision that holds up in practice? We’ll look at how your selections perform in family

interviews and placements, alongside missed red flags, avoidable drop-offs, timely decisions and accurate

records. Every metric comes back to the quality of your judgment.

What experience counts?

2+ years in work where you regularly spoke with people, understood their needs, asked

questions, made decisions and followed through. This could be sales, customer support, admissions,

counselling, hospitality, field operations, partner onboarding or recruitment. You should have handled a

steady flow of conversations and been accountable for what happened next. You do not need an HR or

recruitment background.

The essentials

Education: No specific degree required. A sharp mind and sound judgment matter.

Languages: Fluent Hindi and good spoken English. Clear pronunciation and a polished, easy-to-understand

English accent preferred.

Candidate preference: Women preferred. Well-mannered, respectful men are also welcome to apply.

Work setup: Work From Office in Gurgaon.

Schedule: Full-time, day shift, with a weekday off.

Tools: Office laptop and SIM card provided.

Compensation & ownership

Fixed salary + incentives: Open to discussion. Annual bonus and health insurance.

ESOPs for people who help carry the business forward. A ₹1 lakh ESOP grant is available after the

three-month probation to exceptional performers who demonstrate ownership beyond assigned tasks:

improving selection quality, solving recurring problems and driving growth with measurable results. We

reward people who take responsibility for building the business and whose contribution raises what the

whole team can achieve. Grants are subject to the company’s ESOP plan, approvals and vesting terms.
