Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Delhi NCR

Job Type: Full-Time (Field Job)

1. Job Responsibilities Visit factories, manufacturing units and industrial areas across Delhi NCR.
2. Identify and approach new potential customers.
3. Meet Purchase Managers, Maintenance Managers and decision-makers.
4. Promote and sell industrial products to corporate and industrial customers.
5. Generate new business enquiries and convert them into orders.
6. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
7. Follow up on quotations, enquiries and pending orders.
8. Coordinate with the office team for pricing, quotations and material delivery.
9. Collect market information, competitor prices and customer requirements.
10. Submit daily field visit reports and customer feedback.
11. Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
12. Explore new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

21. Candidate RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
22. 1–3 years of experience in sales preferred.
23. Experience in industrial or B2B sales will be an advantage.
24. Good communication and negotiation skills.
25. Must be willing to travel across Delhi NCR.
26. Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
27. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp and Email.
28. Salary & IncentivesFixed Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month.
29. Travel Incentive: ₹1,000 per month.
30. Additional performance-based sales incentives.
31. Monthly Sales Target: ₹3–4 Lakh.
