Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to connect with potential customers, explain our products/services, generate leads, and maintain positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain records.
- Handle customer feedback professionally.
- RequirementsMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Preferred SkillsTelecalling or customer service experience.
- Ability to handle objections and close leads.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
