Job Description
Job Title: Solar PV Installer
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Solar PV Installer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar photovoltaic (PV) systems for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, cables, and related equipment.
- Perform DC/AC electrical connections as per drawings and safety standards.
- Conduct testing, commissioning, and basic troubleshooting of PV systems.
- Follow electrical, site-safety, and installation procedures.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other site teams to complete projects on time.
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in solar PV installation preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, tools, and solar PV systems.
- Ability to work at heights and outdoors.
- Good understanding of workplace safety practices.
