Junior Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.

Prepare and process invoices, bills, receipts, and payment entries.

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

Perform bank, vendor, and customer ledger reconciliations.

Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related work.

Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.

Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with customers/vendors when required.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Coordinate with internal teams for invoices, expenses, and financial documentation.

Assist senior accountants with audits and other finance-related tasks.

Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel.

Experience with Tally/ERP/accounting software is preferred.

Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
