Job Description:
Real Experts is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Generate and convert leads into site visits and successful bookings.
- Handle client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Develop effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance and support.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and performance reports.
- Ensure proper follow-up and conversion of leads.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Strong team handling and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of the Noida/Greater Noida real estate market.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Candidates with a strong sales track record will be preferred.
