Job Description
REAL ESTATE SALES EXECUTIVE
Location: DLF Corporate Greens, Sector 74A
Experience: 1-2 yrs
Gender: Both Female & Male
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Explain real estate projects, pricing, location and offers.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
- Generate leads and arrange property/site visits.
- Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Handle customer queries and objections.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and conversions.
- Convert leads into site visits and successful bookings.
