Sales Associate

Dynamic Industrial (est. 1997), Greater Noida (Delhi NCR) — makers of Arrowcon conveyor systems and Rampwalker sushi/restaurant automation — is hiring a Sales Associate (B2B).

Role overview

• Drive B2B sales and market penetration for industrial conveyors and restaurant automation.
• Build and manage dealer/distributor networks.
• Convert enquiries into orders through disciplined follow-ups and effective communication.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads: cold calls, WhatsApp/email, LinkedIn, referrals, exhibitions, and local visits.
• Qualify customer needs and coordinate proposals with design/engineering/production.
• Follow up, negotiate and close orders.
• Onboard and activate dealers/distributors to expand reach.
• Maintain accurate pipeline reports, daily activity logs, and closure forecasts.

Required skills & experience

• 4–8 years B2B sales experience (industrial/engineering/automation preferred).
• Experience in dealer/distributor management and market penetration.
• Strong lead generation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Good to fluent English.
• Target-driven, professional, and ethical (no overpromising).
