We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive property sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales team ko manage aur guide karna.
  • Property sales targets achieve karna.
  • New clients/leads generate aur convert karna.
  • Clients ke saath meetings aur site visits handle karna.
  • Sales performance aur daily activities monitor karna.
  • Market trends aur competitor activities par nazar rakhna.

Requirements:

  • Real Estate Sales mein minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong sales & team management skills.
  • Target-oriented and confident personality.
  • Local market knowledge will be an advantage.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 + Incentives (experience ke according)
