The role involves handling international customer calls, understanding customer requirements, explaining products/services, following up with interested customers, and converting enquiries into successful sales.

• 📞 Key ResponsibilitiesHandle international customer calls and sales enquiries.
• Communicate professionally with customers from international markets.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly.
• Handle customer questions and sales objections professionally.
• Build customer interest and establish strong customer relationships.
• Follow up with interested customers and leads.
• Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer requirements.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout the sales process.

🌎 International Sales ProcessThe candidate will be responsible for the complete sales cycle:

Customer Call → Understand Requirement → Product/Service Presentation → Handle Objections → Follow-Up → Close Sale → Coordinate Order/Service

• 👤 Candidate Requirements : Excellent English communication skills – Mandatory
• Confident and professional personality.
• Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong listening, convincing, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable speaking with international customers over the phone.
• Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work efficiently during night shifts.
• Freshers with good English communication skills can apply.
• Previous experience in International BPO, International Calling, Telecalling, or Sales will be an advantage.

💰 Salary & IncentivesFixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹28,000 per month

Average Incentive: ₹20,000 per month

💵 Potential Monthly Earnings: ₹35,000 – ₹48,000+

Incentives are performance-based.

🌙 Shift: Night Shift – International Calling

🗣️ Language : English – Fluent communication required
