Job Description

Looking for BDM from Real Estate Industry, We are open to Negotiate.


Only Interested candidate can apply.


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, market research, digital channels, and other business development activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property buyers, investors, developers, channel partners, brokers, and corporate clients.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties, projects, or investment opportunities.
  • Conduct property/project presentations and negotiations with prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly follow up with prospects.
  • Prepare business proposals, sales reports, forecasts, and management updates.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals.
  • Represent the company at property exhibitions, networking events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.




Candidate having own vehicle is an advantage.
