Job Description

Synetix Technologies builds Salon Manager, a SaaS platform for Indian salons covering billing, GST invoicing, appointments, staff attendance, salary and commission calculation, inventory, and WhatsApp-based marketing. We're hiring an Inside Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle for our Noida/Ghaziabad territory.


What you'll do:

  • Cold-call and WhatsApp-follow-up salon owners from provided lead lists
  • Pitch Salon Manager's billing, staff-payroll, and WhatsApp marketing features
  • Schedule and run product demos
  • Handle objections on pricing and switching cost
  • Close paid subscriptions - this is the core of the role, not calling alone
  • Keep CRM records current: call notes, demo status, next follow-up
  • Hand off closed customers cleanly to onboarding

What we're looking for:

  • 0–5 years in inside sales, telesales, BDE, or B2B sales, with a track record of closing rather than only calling or supporting
  • Comfortable owning a monthly target and pipeline
  • Hindi fluency; functional English
  • CRM experience is a strong plus
  • Prior SaaS, software, edtech, digital-marketing, telecom, or insurance sales background is a strong plus
