Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labor regulations.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and administrative reports.
- Assist management in organizational development and process improvements.
Additional Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office administration and facilities management.
- Follow up on customer payments and ensure timely collections.
- Provide operational and administrative support to management for business planning and execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
