Role Overview

Team to empower the next generation with direction, knowledge, skills, and market readiness.

We are looking for a people-oriented Education Counsellor & Coordinator to guide students and parents across their academic, career, and personal development journeys.

The role combines counselling, student engagement, program coordination, scheduling, follow-ups, and relationship management, while helping learners identify suitable educational and development pathways.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students, parents, and young professionals on academic, career, and personal development pathways

• Understand learner needs, goals, interests, and challenges and recommend suitable programs

• Coordinate counselling sessions, assessments, classes, workshops, training programs, and events

• Manage scheduling, communication, follow-ups, and day-to-day program coordination

• Track learner engagement, progress, feedback, and maintain accurate records and CRM updates

• Coordinate with trainers, mentors, counsellors, psychologists, and internal teams

• Build strong relationships with students and parents and assist with queries and concerns

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Counselling, Human Development, Management, Communication, Sociology, Behavioural Sciences, or a related field

• 0–5 years of experience in counselling, education, training, admissions, student success, coordination, relationship management, or client-facing roles

• Excellent communication, counselling, interpersonal, organisational, and relationship-building skills

• Empathy, patience, active listening, and strong problem-solving abilities

• Ability to manage multiple activities, timelines, and stakeholders effectively

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools

• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and an interest in education and personal development are encouraged to apply.
