Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR & Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end contractual manpower operations, attendance tracking, and monthly payroll processing. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in Advanced Excel and HRMS/Payroll software.

Key Responsibilities:

 Contractual Manpower Management: Oversee daily attendance, onboarding, leave tracking, and overall management of contractual workforce.

 Payroll Processing: Process monthly wages, calculate overtime, manage statutory deductions, and ensure timely payout generation.

 Software & Data Maintenance: Maintain daily sheets, attendance logs, and payroll registers using Advanced Excel and HRMS/Payroll software.

 Vendor & Contractor Reconciliation: Coordinate with manpower vendors/contractors for monthly billing, attendance verification, and invoice processing.

 Statutory Compliance Support: Maintain basic records for PF, ESIC, and statutory audit compliance.
