Job Description

  1. Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate/follow up on leads.
  2. Receive and handle incoming customer calls professionally.
  3. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
  4. Assist customers with basic product-related queries and support.
  5. Follow up with leads and existing customers regularly.
  6. Schedule product demos and coordinate with the sales team.
  7. Record customer interactions, queries and follow-ups.
  8. Escalate technical or complex issues to the concerned team.
  9. Maintain daily calling and customer-support activity reports.
