Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Mobile Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting smartphones and accessories based on their needs and budget, explaining product features, offers, exchange options, EMI and payment facilities, and ensuring a smooth sales experience. The role also includes achieving sales targets, maintaining product and stock knowledge, handling customer queries, preparing bills and required documents accurately, following store policies and sales processes, and maintaining proper display and cleanliness of products. The candidate should have good communication and convincing skills, a positive attitude, basic knowledge of smartphones and technology, and the ability to work effectively in a team while delivering excellent customer service.
