Type: Full-Time, Permanent Vacancies: About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales growth for JCB machine spare parts.

Key Responsibilities:

● Calling on the leads provided by the company

● Converting leads into customers through effective sales communication

● Selling JCB machine spare parts to dealers, distributors, and direct customers

● Lead generation and business development through field and online sources

● Expanding dealer/distributor network in assigned areas

● Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers/clients

● Regular follow-ups with customers and leads

● Coordinating with the internal team for meetings, quotations, and sales updates

● Achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets

● Preparing daily sales reports and updating CRM/records Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Good communication and negotiation skills

● Experience in B2B sales / field sales / automobile spare parts sales preferred

● Knowledge of JCB spare parts or heavy machinery parts is an advantage

● Ability to build and manage dealer/distributor networks

● Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM handling)

● Strong follow-up and convincing skills
