Telecaller

ProMax is looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Telecaller & Customer Support Executive for our Kochi office.

Work timings 9.30 AM to 7 PM

Responsibilities

• Attend incoming customer enquiries and make follow-up calls

• Record new leads, active queries and lead follow-ups in the CRM

• Collect accurate customer, device and complaint details

• Check spare availability, repair options, approximate prices and warranty information

• Schedule customer visits and follow up on pending quotations and approvals

• Coordinate with the front desk, engineers and inventory team

• Update every customer discussion clearly in the CRM

• Send approved WhatsApp updates and office-location details

Candidate requirements

• Fluent Malayalam communication

• Basic English communication

• Clear and friendly speaking voice

• Basic computer and typing knowledge

• Good listening, follow-up and customer-handling skills

• Telecalling, customer service or sales experience is preferred

• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply

Job type: Full-time, work from office

Location: iProMax, Kochi

Salary: ₹15,000–₹22,000 per month, depending on experience, plus performance incentives
