Job Description
Promote and sell medical/healthcare products to hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, distributors, sub-dealers, and trade customers.
Achieve assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
Visit 4–5 hospitals/customers per day and maintain a minimum average of 10 customer calls daily.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
Promote products across ICU, OT, CSSD, Wards, and Emergency departments.
Conduct product presentations and explain product features, applications, and benefits.
Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, OT Managers, CSSD Managers, Purchase Teams, Hospital Owners, Distributors, and Sub-dealers.
Manage distributor/sub-dealer sales and develop the assigned territory.
Monitor market activities, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
Achieve monthly and annual territory sales targets.
