Business Development & Sales Executive

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a result-oriented Business Development and Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and acquire corporate clients for our dialer, telecom and software development services across Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients, including call centers, BPOs, EMI collection agencies, financial service companies and SMEs.
• Promote VICIdial solutions, outbound dialer systems, SIP/VoIP integration, CRM software, custom PHP development, websites and mobile applications.
• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, networking, referrals, LinkedIn and other business channels.
• Schedule client meetings, understand business requirements, coordinate software demonstrations and prepare quotations.
• Build relationships with business owners, call center managers, IT heads and decision-makers.
• Follow up on proposals, negotiate commercial terms and convert prospects into paying customers.
• Develop referral partnerships with telecom providers, IT consultants and system integrators.
• Maintain a sales pipeline, track leads and submit regular sales activity reports.
• Achieve monthly business development, sales and revenue collection targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, IT sales, software sales, telecom sales or business development.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and client relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings across Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai.
• Ability to generate leads independently and close deals without depending entirely on company-provided leads.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software, Excel and sales reporting.
• Experience selling dialers, cloud telephony, SIP/VoIP, CRM or software solutions will be an advantage.
• Candidates with an existing network in call centers, BPOs, collection agencies or the financial services industry are preferred.

Compensation: Fixed salary based on experience, performance-based incentives and approved travel expenses.
