Job Description
Personal Loan Executive is a financial services professional responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting unsecured lending or personal loan products, and guiding applicants through the verification and disbursement process.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Acquisition: Identify and engage prospective customers through tele-calling, referrals, digital channels, or field visits. [1]
- Customer Counseling: Explain personal loan terms, interest rates, repayment schedules (EMIs), and eligibility criteria to clients. [1, 2, 3]
- Document Collection & Verification: Gather, check, and organize KYC, income proofs, and bank statements required for loan processing. [1]
- Application Processing: Coordinate loan logins and follow up with underwriting or operations teams until final approval and disbursement. [1]
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales, conversion, and disbursement quotas. [1]
- Compliance & Records: Ensure all applications adhere to company policies, banking/NBFC regulations, and maintain accurate client files. [1, 2]
