Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads.
  • Explain health insurance products and plans to customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
  • Generate leads and convert potential customers into sales.
  • Follow up with interested customers regularly.
  • Maintain accurate customer and calling records.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and business targets.
  • Coordinate with the team and TL to achieve overall sales targets.
