About the RoleBlueCS Limited is looking for experienced and target-oriented Telesales Executives to join our work-from-home team. The selected candidates will be responsible for communicating with prospective customers, explaining our products/services, generating interest, and converting leads into successful sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain BlueCS Limited’s products, services, and offers clearly.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
• Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve assigned targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Build positive relationships with customers through professional communication.
• Coordinate with the sales team and report daily/weekly performance.
• RequirementsPrevious experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or customer acquisition preferred.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
• Strong customer-handling and follow-up abilities.
• Comfortable working with sales targets.
• Self-motivated and disciplined while working from home.
• Must have a smartphone, reliable internet connection, and a suitable work environment.
