Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Generate B2B leads through internet, IndiaMART, directories, and social media.
• Handle and follow up on IndiaMART enquiries and customer leads.
• Communicate with CEOs, Purchase Managers, Admin, Procurement, and Marketing teams.
• Fix meetings with potential buyers and support sales conversion.
• Maintain lead database, follow-up records, and daily reports.
• Support counter sales and customer enquiries.
• Coordinate quotations and customer responses with internal teams.
• Monitor daily staff performance and submit management reports.

Required Skills

• Good communication in Hindi & English.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM.
• Experience in telecalling, lead generation, or B2B sales.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Preferred ExperiencePrinting, Signage, Branding, Advertising, or Graphic Industry.
• IndiaMART lead handling and B2B sales experience.
