Job Description

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to handle customer calls, generate sales from leads, understand customer requirements, explain products/services, and follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales. Candidates with Ayurveda/Healthcare sales experience will be preferred. Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calling and following up with potential customers
  • Handling inbound & outbound calls
  • Understanding customer requirements and providing suitable solutions
  • Converting leads into sales
  • Maintaining customer records and daily sales reports
  • Achieving daily/monthly sales targets
