Visa Filing Executive
Job Title: Visa Filing Executive
Location: Uttam Nagar West, New Delhi
- Job Responsibilities:Prepare, organize, and verify visa application files.
- Review client documents according to embassy and immigration requirements.
- Assist clients in completing visa application forms accurately.
- Upload and submit visa applications through embassy, immigration, and visa application portals.
- Coordinate with clients regarding pending or missing documents.
- Maintain accurate records of visa applications and client documentation.
- Track application status and provide updates to the concerned team and clients.
- Ensure all documents and applications are properly checked before submission.
- Follow up on pending applications and documentation requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling client information.
- Ensure timely and error-free submission of visa applications.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of client applications.
- Requirements:Graduate in any stream.
- Good knowledge of visa and immigration documentation is preferred.
- Experience in Visa Filing, Immigration, or Documentation will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and email.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify documentation errors.
- Good English communication and written documentation skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple applications.
- Freshers with good computer and documentation skills are also welcome to apply.
