Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Tele caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, explaining products or services, generating leads, and maintaining positive relationships with customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant telephone manner, and the ability to achieve assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Introduce and explain company products, services, offers, and benefits clearly.
• Handle incoming customer calls and respond to queries professionally.
• Generate leads and identify potential customers through telephone conversations.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful sales or appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, follow-ups, and outcomes.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information or solutions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and performance targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams when required.
• Handle customer objections politely and provide suitable responses.
• Follow company calling procedures, scripts, and quality standards.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude while communicating with customers.
• Provide regular updates to the reporting manager regarding call performance and lead status.
