Sales Support Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Support Executive to assist our sales team by handling customer inquiries, managing sales documentation, and coordinating between different departments to ensure smooth order processing. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team by handling customer inquiries and providing product information.
• Prepare and manage quotations, sales orders, and other sales documentation.
• Coordinate with the production, logistics, and service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain and update the customer database in Excel/CRM and follow up on sales leads.
• Support in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings if required.
• Identifying potential clients and generating sales leads through cold calling, social media or other sources. 
• Work with the marketing team to create sales presentations and promotional materials.
• Address customer concerns and escalate issues to the relevant teams as needed.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in industrial products, manufacturing, weighing or automation solutions is a plus.
