Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager & Digital Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of relevant work experience in a social media management company, digital marketing agency, or social media management firm. The candidate must have practical experience in social media handling, graphic designing, AI-based product video creation, and SEO.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the company's digital presence, creating engaging product-related content, improving website visibility, and supporting online brand promotion and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management

• Manage company social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars and posting schedules.
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor engagement, reach, followers, and page performance.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.

2. Graphic Designing

• Design social media creatives, banners, brochures, advertisements, and product promotional materials.
• Create attractive graphics for biometric attendance systems, access control devices, and other company products.
• Use Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar designing tools.

3. AI Video Creation

• Create AI-generated product videos, promotional reels, product demonstrations, and explainer videos.
• Use AI video tools such as Runway, Kling, HeyGen, InVideo AI, or similar platforms.
• Edit videos with captions, voiceovers, transitions, and branding.
• Develop creative video content highlighting product features and benefits.

4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Perform keyword research and optimize website content and product pages.
• Work on on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and basic technical SEO.
• Improve organic website traffic and keyword rankings.
• Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headings, images, and URLs.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

5. Digital Marketing & Reporting

• Support Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, where required.
• Develop strategies to improve brand awareness and generate business leads.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
• Track social media growth, website traffic, engagement, and marketing results.
• Required Qualifications & SkillsMandatory 2–3 years of experience working in a social media management firm or digital marketing agency.
• Proven hands-on experience managing multiple social media accounts or client projects.
• Strong graphic designing and creative content development skills.
• Practical experience creating AI-generated videos for products or brands.
• Working knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and website optimization.
• Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing tools.
• Knowledge of AI video creation platforms.
• Understanding of social media analytics and digital marketing campaigns.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
