**About us:** We operate a portfolio of six live websites across US and global markets: accounting & bookkeeping services (numerawisesolutions.com), accounting software conversions worldwide (ezconvertbooks.com), wholesale janitorial supplies in Florida (bathroomandragssupplier.com), local services in India (gwaliorservices.com), an outsourcing brand (vihaanglobalservices.com), and a software product (numerabooks.org). Content production and technical SEO are largely automated; your job is the growth work automation can't do.

**What you'll do**

1. **Link building & authority (primary focus).** Build and execute a monthly link plan: software and B2B directories (Clutch, UpCity, GoodFirms and niche equivalents), accounting-industry publications and guest posts, supplier/partner link exchanges, HARO/journalist requests, and local citations for the US and India local brands. Target: measurable referring-domain growth every month — quality over volume, no PBNs, no paid link schemes.

2. **Business profiles & reviews.** Own Google Business Profiles across brands: posts, products, photos, Q&A, and a steady review-generation pipeline from delivered clients and supply customers. Maintain Bing Places, Apple Maps, and marketplace/directory listings.

3. **Outreach & partnerships.** Identify and contact IT consultants, CPA firms, and software resellers who can refer conversion work; manage the outreach calendar and follow-ups.

4. **Monitoring & reporting.** Weekly Search Console reviews per site (positions, CTR, indexing, manual actions), rank tracking for money keywords, competitor SERP watch, and a Friday one-page report: what moved, why, what's next.

5. **Content support.** Brief and quality-check content against search intent (US English; some Spanish-market content on the supplies brand), spot content gaps from query data, and flag cannibalization or decay for the technical team.

6. **Social amplification.** Keep LinkedIn and relevant social channels active with site content; respond to inbound within one business day.

**Must-haves:** 1–4 years hands-on SEO for service businesses (B2B preferred); working command of Google Search Console, GA4, and at least one of Ahrefs/Semrush; proven white-hat link-building results you can show; strong written English for US-audience outreach; comfort owning numbers and deadlines without supervision.

**Nice-to-haves:** US local-SEO experience; accounting-software industry familiarity (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage); basic HTML; Spanish reading ability; experience working alongside AI content systems.
