Core Roles and Responsibilities

• Paid Advertising (PPC/SEM): Design, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads. Monitor metrics like Cost-Per-Click (CPC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and conversion rates.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Execute on-page SEO, optimize website copy, research keywords, and improve organic search visibility.
• Social Media Management: Maintain active company profiles, plan content calendars, schedule posts, and engage with the online community.
• Email Marketing: Create promotional newsletters, design email campaigns, write persuasive copy, and track open and click-through rates.
• Content Creation & Website Updates: Draft blog posts, web copy, or landing page content, and update site elements via Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Track performance using tools like Google Analytics or GA4, pull campaign reports, and perform A/B testing.
• Market & Competitor Research: Monitor competitor activity, analyze industry trends, and help adjust strategies to stay competitive.

Common Required Skills

• Technical Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, and basic HTML/CSS.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, creativity, time management, and written communication.
