Position: Senior E-Commerce Executive – Marketplace Growth

Experience: 3–7 Years

Salary: ₹55,000 Fixed + ₹10,000 Performance Bonus

Industry: Industrial Products / E-Commerce

We are looking for a senior, result-oriented E-Commerce professional who can take complete ownership of our online marketplace business and drive strong sales growth across Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces.

🎯 YOUR ROLE

You will be responsible for managing the complete E-Commerce operation while actively working towards increasing sales, improving account performance and building sustainable marketplace growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Complete management of Amazon, Flipkart & other marketplace accounts

* Drive sales growth and achieve monthly sales targets

* Manage product listings, cataloguing, content, images, keywords and SEO

* Plan and optimise Amazon/Flipkart advertising campaigns

* Monitor sales, traffic, conversion, competition, pricing and profitability

* Improve product rankings and visibility

* Manage inventory, orders, returns, cancellations and account health

* Identify new products and opportunities for marketplace growth

* Coordinate with operations, warehouse and accounts teams for smooth execution

* Prepare regular sales and performance reports

* Analyse data and take corrective actions to improve results

* Develop strategies for scaling the marketplace business

We need someone who can take ownership and think like a business owner.

The ideal candidate should have:

✅ Proven experience in growing marketplace sales

✅ Strong Amazon & Flipkart knowledge

✅ Good understanding of PPC/advertising and marketplace algorithms

✅ Strong analytical and Excel skills

✅ Ability to independently manage marketplace operations

✅ Target-oriented and highly proactive approach

✅ Strong problem-solving ability

✅ Experience handling multiple SKUs and marketplace operations

✅ A genuine mindset for sales growth and business development

💰 COMPENSATION

₹55,000 Fixed Salary + ₹10,000 Performance Bonus

The performance component will be linked to clearly defined monthly sales and growth targets.
