Handle customer queries and objections confidently.

Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into successful sales.

Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

Proven experience in Telesales or Inside Sales.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.

Ability to confidently close sales over the phone.

Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented approach.

Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.

Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
