Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to promote and sell residential or commercial properties. The role involves generating leads, handling client inquiries, conducting site visits, and closing property deals while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, referrals, site visits, and networking
Handle client inquiries and understand property requirements
Present and promote real estate projects to prospective buyers
Conduct property and site visits with clients
Negotiate prices, terms, and close sales deals
Maintain customer database and follow up regularly
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking process
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay updated on market trends and competitor projects
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Experience
0–2 years for Sales Executive (Freshers can apply)
2+ years preferred for experienced candidates
Preferred Skills (Optional)
Experience in residential or commercial property sales
Knowledge of CRM tools and property documentation
Own vehicle and valid driving license (preferred)
