Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads through cold calling, references, networking, LinkedIn and other sources.
- Identify and approach potential customers and business clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and product/service demonstrations.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing clients.
- Handle customer queries, objections and negotiations professionally.
- Prepare quotations/proposals and coordinate with internal teams.
- Convert leads into business and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Generate repeat business, referrals and upselling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and sales activities in CRM/Excel.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with accounts/operations teams for order execution and payment follow-up.
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
